Knights of the Round Bottoms. Sunday, December 11, 2005. Tis' the season when work gets really busy. Clients trying to tie up last minute projects and get ready for the new year. Week 11 I gained 0.6 pounds and Week 12 I lost 1.7 pounds, so all in all still moving in the right direction. I'm now officially over half way to my goal. The next week or so will be interesting, 5 dinner parties in 8 days. So if I gain weight I'm not going to freak, just try and stick to the plan and work it back off.
