I am going to be a vendor at Goodwill's SECOND RUNWAY event in Roanoke next week, so I will have to let you know how that goes. And I've got a big order of fabric on it's way, so I will be sewing several 40's and 50's styled blouses for school! Monday, March 19, 2012. Late last week, I made this denim skirt in three days. Without a pattern. It comes just below the knee, has a wide waistband, and made of six gores. I'm really happy with how it turned out! Button closure on the side adds a nautical flair. I did french seams, and then top-stitched all the seams. Oh well.
