I'd rather have a few moments of special than a lifetime of ordinary. Monday, December 14, 2009. Since my last trip to Melbourne I have been introduced and hooked on Eggs Benedict. I would describe it as Ya Kun's half boiled egg but with a firmer white. Soon I will be heading down to PS Cafe and Hatched to sample their version of Eggs Benedict and I hope to be surprised.
