How can I tell if a particular case is still ‘good law’? You can check to see if any case has been cited, either positively or negatively, by going to the relevant document and then clicking on the ‘Citing Cases’ tab at the top of the page. This will list every occasion that the case has been cited with the default order displaying any negative treatments first, so you’ll immediately be able to check if it’s been overruled.
