The Story of my Salvation. Chris Gerber - Elder Doxa Deo Bloemfontein. June 1994, I was 21 years old. My parents were part of a denominational Church. I did my confirmation there without even understanding the Gospel. Then while living in total ignorance of Christ, my heart started feeling very lonely and my life unfulfilled while busy studying and partying with fellow students every day. He prayed much for me, and so my heart started longing for something else! I did not know that he prayed for me.
