January 16, 2013. 1 Tbsp Peanut Oil (any cooking oil can be substituted). 1 Large Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast sliced thinly. 1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic (minced). 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (minced). 1/2 Cup Stir Fry Sauce. 1/2 Cup of Dark Soy Sauce. 3 to 4 Green Onion (sliced). 3/4 Cup Bean Sprouts (handful). 1/2 Cup Carrots (thinly sliced). 1/4 Cabbage Head (thinly sliced). 1/2 Cup Snow Peas (handful). Soy sauce may be added to taste.
