Monday, May 7, 2012. It's not very often lately, that Dennis and I get a day off together. So when we do, I always make a yummy breakfast that we enjoy together. The most common thing that I make is pancakes. I adapted this recipe from a waffle recipe in the book Veganomicon. Unfortunately, I do not have a waffle iron, so I just changed a few things in the recipe and make pancakes! Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Today I have my Pharmacology Final. This class is tough, and I can not wait for it to be over! On days like today, I make myself oatmeal for breakfast, I think of it as a great power breakfast. After I eat it and finish this post, I will be headed to the library from 12-6, to finish studying, my final is at 6:45pm. Wish me luck :). Every time I make oatmeal, it varies. Sunday, May 6, 2012. My first post: chocolate pudding :). So, my first blog post! I also want to help people out with great ideas, without spending an arm and a leg. NYC can get pretty expensive. I want to share what I have learned and experienced, living a busy life, and being vegan! What really made me decide to finally create this blog? The other day I posted a picture of my homemade chocolate pudding on Facebook, and a few people asked me for the recipe. So, that was it! 1/4 cup corn starch.

The recipe looked interesting, I had all the ingredients in my pantry minus the chocolate chips (how this happened is beyond me). I decided to try the recipe today. Makes about 2 dozen.
