Last weekend I was off at Earthspirit's Twilight Covening. I finally stepped in and did a women's mysteries group (Caribou). I had been in a Dianic (all women) moon circle for a brief time in college, but then there was a guy who asked if he, too, could dance in the moonlight under the oak trees, and we said sure, and that was that. Somehow, I thought this would be gentle on me, to take this time out, and tuck in some loose ends, and embrace my feminine a little more fully. Yeah, and then I registered.

Teach me to take a day off. My house it trashed. I mean really trashed. I should say more I did nothing yesterday instead of taking a day off. But that is alright I guess.I now know.how much I do in such a little time. So I guess my trashy apartment put it all in perspective for me. I can't say i did nothing. Do you have a favorite FLyLady saying or quote? I am making FlyLady cross stitch patterns and. Had the great idea to ask everyone here for help. I also think it will be great to find out whet everyone has to say. If this were just about how other people I care about perceive me, it wouldn't be such a problem. But I don't like myself at this weight. I don't need to be skinny. I just want to be back below 200 (I'm 231 now). I'm just working so hard on so many fronts, I feel like if I didn't have the comfort of eating sugar and processed carbs, everything would fall apart.
