Monthly Archives: February 2015. How the Colours You Wear Can Change Your Mood. This got me thinking: Why is black considered to be a safe colour to wear? Why is my wardrobe a sea of dark tones? Why do I shy away from wearing bright colours that I know suit me? And why do most people I know choose grey, black or navy blue winter coats year after year? Is it that we use our clothes to blend into the background during the winter months, ready to come out of hibernation again when the warmer weather arrives?

Now we can start seeing the light at the end of the winter tunnel: Spring is on the horizon; daffodils and crocuses are starting to appear; people will soon swap their winter coats for lighter jackets; brighter, lighter colours will begin to appear in the in shops and we can start thinking about banishing our tights and prepping our legs for warm, sunny days!
