Tuesday, March 12, 2013. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to have my "little family.". In the work that I do, it's not uncommon to feel burnt out and stressed. Believe me, after three consecutive 12-hour Noc Shifts trying to keep people alive, feeling "drained" is the least of your worries. But coming home to The Hubs. Is all the therapy I need. It has a comfortable sense of security to it that I'm definitely embracing. To be honest, I simply cannot wait for more (all in God's perfect time).

After scoring great food finds at my favorite grocery store ( Trader Joes. 160;yesterday, I finally gathered enough strength to return to the kitchen and cook up a storm. . For tonights menu, I experimented on using zucchini. As a main ingredient for meaty, noodle-less lasagna. Its an easy, uncomplicated dish with a twist if youre looking for ways to eat more vegetables but cant seem to get rid of your love for meat. Im no expert on The Paleo Diet.
