Knitting While Intoxicated: July 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 29, 2005. Posted by Donna @ 11:21:00 AM. Sunday, July 24, 2005. Miranda had some extra pocket money this weekend, so wanted to go back to our teeny tiny Chinatown to a shop where she saw a stuffed tiger. Since we were in the neighborhood, we stopped at Tink Holl, the Asian market, and I picked up these notebooks. Posted by Donna @ 2:41:00 AM. Thursday, July 21, 2005. I really want to get started on a sock monkey for July's Month of Softies. Posted by Donna @ 11:20:00 AM. These are wooden box...

Knitting While Intoxicated: September 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 08, 2005. These are just the cutest dolls ever. Http:/ www.dab.hi-ho.ne.jp/runo/class/. I really want to make one of these. I think the style of doll would also work to make a Kiki doll, from Kiki's Delivery Service. This little one looks fun as well, although sometimes tiny dolls are harder than the bigger ones. Guess I need to make up another projects list. Posted by Donna @ 9:31:00 PM. Tuesday, September 06, 2005. Http:/ scknitting.com/spring2005/charm-mitts.html. One Life To Knit.

Knitting While Intoxicated: May 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 30, 2005. I have a lot. They're actually a bit fascinating. I had to stop typing so I could stare at them a bit. I started the Monk's Satchel. Opens up as pdf. file). I am using a yarn that is a blend of wool and hemp, I tested a swatch and it does felt some, enough to make it sturdier. Not sure if I will leave in natural colored, now that I have all this dye. Knitting While Intoxicated: February 2006
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 25, 2006. I really prefer sewing to knitting because it's faster (and cheaper). But the quickness of sewing also lends itself to carelessness, and sometimes I just need to slow down and check what I am doing. I made these kimono-type baby jackets for my Etsy shop, but they look too wide, even though I followed the pattern. I don't know if I should redo them, or just put them up and see if they sell. It's such a simple pattern. Posted by Donna @ 10:05:00 PM. Tuesday, February 21, 2006.

Knitting While Intoxicated: October 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 07, 2005. Now that the weather is cooler I am more motivated to knit and just create things in general. My sewing machine is in the dining room which really gets hot and stuffy, and running a fan just blows everything around. Yarn and everyone knows that is much more exciting. Knitting While Intoxicated: January 2006
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 29, 2006. This is my latest Japanese crafting book. I have been drinking more tea and now that we don't have a microwave, I wanted to buy a tea kettle. This one was really cheap at the Chinese market and I rather like it. It looks like something you would hang over an open fire. Not sure why that appeals to me, but it does. My house always seems to look more interesting in photos. Posted by Donna @ 11:33:00 PM. From Knitpicks, it felts wonderfully into a much softer felt than the wools I ...

Knitting While Intoxicated: June 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 24, 2005. This embroidery is beautiful. It was created by Spillyjane. Who makes all sorts of wonderful things. I have some shisha mirrors that I have been wanted to create something with, this looks like good inspiration. I sat up last night with Miranda, watching Shrek 2 and making earrings. I used to love wearring dangly earrings, but stopped bothering for a while and just wore my little hoops all the time. Posted by Donna @ 2:31:00 PM. Sunday, June 19, 2005. Knitting While Intoxicated: April 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 20, 2005. Based on the fact that I don't have a working camera right now (which makes the idea of a knitting blog sort of irrelevant, unless you really want to read my vivid descriptions of my projects) I am going to post some old pictures of past projects. The orange is one packet of Black cherry and some turmeric spice. Do not breathe in the steam from this or it will make you choke. The red is three packets of black cherry. Knitting While Intoxicated: December 2005
http://knittingwhileintoxicated.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 16, 2005. Busy finishing up Christmas presents. Nekomimi dolls made using this website: http:/ www.dab.hi-ho.ne.jp/runo/cat/. The one in the Chinese outfit is for Miranda, she is a black cat. The one in the kimono is a gray fox, and she is for Ivy. The flash caught their faces and it's hard to see the details. Ivy's is wearing a kimono with a hanten over it, and has yellow tabi on her feet. Posted by Donna @ 7:03:00 PM. Cleveland, Ohio, United States. View my complete profile.
