専門的にやっているのは 長距離 のマラソンですが、日ごろの練習で顧問の先生がよく、 乳酸が溜まってきてかもしれないが、我慢しろ という言葉を使っているのです。 まず、 乳酸 という言葉からですが、これは科学的に見ると正式には 脂肪族ヒドロキシ酸 という物質で、水溶性の有機化合物に分類されるとのことです。 おそらく、顧問の先生が頻繁に口にする 乳酸が溜まってるが我慢しろ というセリフは、 運動して乳酸が溜まって疲れているだろうが、これを繰り返すとスタミナが付くから頑張れ といいたいのだろうなということを指しているのだということが分かりました。
