Just another WordPress.com site. Steak and Feta Salad with homemade dressing……. Yesterday I splurged and bought Filet Mignon. For dinner. I have NEVER in my life bought this cut of meat. Before. However, there was a nice sale going on at my grocery store. So I thought…WHY NOT? I wrapped each piece of meat in a slice of bacon that I dipped in sugar and I seasoned the meat with a little Montreal Steak Seasoning. I added a touch of virgin olive oil. For lunch or a summer dinner! Here is how I made the salad:.
