I had a pre-op meeting during lunch so I grabbed Cosi along the way. Ran a bit late for class so only had around 45 minutes of strength-training. Myfitnesspal calculation = 143. We stuffed ourselves with Ethiopian food. I learned two things: Ethiopian food continues to expand in your stomach until you have trouble breathing. Ethiopian food is surprisingly low in calories. I was busy at work and then headed off to my metals class. Ended up choosing the beans and mushroom tamales with a side salad for dinner. Who knew they were so low in calories? Myfitnesspal calculation = 0. Oatmeal with blueberries, tea. Light turkey sandwich and carrots. Steamed tamales with side salad.
