One New Recipe A Week. Mom’s Awesome Guacamole. My mom has done it again! She made this guacamole for me, and it doesn’t taste like the guacamole of my youth. You know, a mashed up avacado with some garlic salt in it? No way, this one is the absolute best! 3-4 soft, ripe avacados. 1 medium tomato, diced. 1/2 small purple onion, diced. Iceberg lettuce, cut into four wedges. Hormel soft bacon bits (it comes in a bag, not a jar). 1/3 purple onion, diced. 1 tomato, diced. A handful of cilantro stalks, chopped. One New Recipe A Week. If you have a Costco near you, this will be a family favorite soon! I buy the frozen salmon fillets in the freezer section at the store. They’re cheaper, you get more, and they taste great. It’s so easy, healthy, and delicious! 1 frozen salmon fillet, mostly defrosted. Mango salsa from Costco. Greek Sausage with Butter Beans and Lemon Salad. This is one of Rachael Ray’s 30 minute meals. If you like Greek food, then you’ll LOVE this meal! 1 large onion, chopped. Juice of 1 lemon.

If you like Greek food, then you’ll LOVE this meal! 4 tablespoons EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided. 8 links fresh lamb sausage or other fresh sausage from the butcher counter. 1 large onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, chopped. 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/3 palmful. 1 15-ounce can petite fire-roasted diced tomatoes, slightly drained. Sunday, December 7, 2014. Church Christmas Party and Sasha's Anniversary. Last night our kids participated in the Nativity program. At our church Christmas party. Our cute, silly shepherd and angel. I failed to get a picture of Grace and Dallin but they were involved as well. Grace was party of the "family" on stage who sat and listened to the Nativity. And asked questions, and Dallin played the violin with a group of youth. When we got home we turned the focus to our sweet Sasha! She loves those treats!

In the morning they had pancakes. But I think Isaac was more excited about the hot chocolate! Her response was tarantula meat. Anyway, she has pretty much asked for it every year since. I think 3 years in a row. So this year I got online and ordered a tarantula in a can.
