I don’t know… for three days (four with today Thursday) I’ve stayed at 195 lbs. So what, have I hit a plateau? What am I doing wrong? I eat: scrambled eggs in the morning. chicken, meat, or fish cooked in butter with a mayo-dip, together with lettuce, green pepper, and some tomatoes for lunch and dinner. Help! I’ll change the weigh-in-day to Friday morning which will also be my obligatory cheat day 🙂 (music to my ears). I will keep you up dated. Week 4, on lchf. February 5, 2014.
