Tuesday, March 31, 2009. On Friday morning we noticed our neighbors house was fire. thank God everyone got out and our safe. They lost almost everything to either the fire itself, smoke or water. But they are definitely counting their blessings! Kiera, our neighbor played with us while they put out the fire and cleaned up. She is a fun little girl and fit in perfectly in our house. Each child is a story yet to be told. Monday, January 14, 2013. Ever since we moved back to Indiana when the boys were 2 and 4 years old they had always had their own bedrooms, but didn't use them. We would always find the boys bunking up together or asking us if they could sleep in the same room, so when we moved to the lake full time there wasn't two rooms for each of them. they had to share a room and didn't mind at all. At 10am this morning we began building a tree house in the mulberry tree. It was a big success and they LOVE it! Tim even said, "this was a hug hit! Kyle and our family worked on it from 10am-10:20pm. It was a lot of fun building it and having the kids help from time to time. All five of us helped Kyle out in some way today!
