Exploring all life has to offer. Over the years I’ve struggled with that fine line that separates the “haves” from the “have nots”. I question the “why”. Why am I so blessed and someone else is not. Why do I deserve this pleasant life while someone else is struggling? Why am I on this side of the line while they are on that side? Visible or invisible, the line is clearly drawn. However, quietly my heart affords me these thoughts-not a clear answer to be sure, but an offering of sorts to my questioning.

Life of a typical, busy family in Arizona. Friday, January 3, 2014. N and Kennedy both took J to Homecoming. He bought both of them corsages. They did not buy him one, so they made one up! They looked great and had a fun time! This years Marching Band show was entitled Whimzy! Here is Kennedy and J showing off their uniforms, including the propeller hats. Kennedy and K before the Homecoming parade. The drum majors leading the band onto the field. In one song, Kennedy sits on J's knee while they play.

Given to me by my friend to help me remember why it is so important he be gone for 2 years. Friends near and far. We ran into the gang of friends that Kyle would hang out with.
