One Season At A Time: Muffaletta Salad
http://oneseasonatatime.blogspot.com/2010/05/muffaletta-salad.html
One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Sunday, May 23, 2010. EDIT* * * * * * * * * * * * * *. So I realized that my goal for this blog was to be a recipe blog and I just posted a photo and talked about a meal without posting the recipe. So, here is the original muffaletta recipe. That I based my sandwich off of from Rachael Ray Magazine. For the picnic and this salad however, I merely put together what I could remember during my after-work grocery store rush. One Season At A Time.
One Season At A Time: Strawberry Vanilla Bean Scones
http://oneseasonatatime.blogspot.com/2011/10/strawberry-vanilla-bean-scones.html
One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Sunday, October 30, 2011. Strawberry Vanilla Bean Scones. I seem to bake when the hubs is out for the day, uninterrupted time in the kitchen is a nice way to spend a Saturday morning. Follow it up with a warm cup of coffee, a warm baked good, add a cooking show, and it equals a pretty good day. If the hubs is home in time to enjoy them with me it makes it even better. Strawberry Vanilla Bean Scones. 3 cups whole wheat pastry flour. In a sta...

One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Monday, August 29, 2011. BBQ Seitan and Coleslaw. 65279;As promised, I am finally talking a bit about seitan. "What is seitan? I loosely used the recipe in Veganomicon. For seitan, found here. Though I omitted the lemon and veg broth because I was out. I am sure it will taste better next time if I use a good quality broth. I prefer Trader Joe's brand of concentrated liquid bouillon but they haven't been carrying it for quite a while. I will...
One Season At A Time: Menu Planning
http://oneseasonatatime.blogspot.com/2011/10/menu-planning.html
One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Sunday, October 9, 2011. My goals in menu planning probably go in this order:. 1 use all of the vegetables from the farm that week. 2 make as many meals from whole ingredients as possible (making as many parts at home as possible). 3 have meals that are appropriate for the schedule of each day. 4 mix it up and try new things. 5 have at least 3 vegan meals per week. 6 incorporate as many organic and fair trade items as possible. Keeping in m...
One Season At A Time: September 2011
http://oneseasonatatime.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Friday, September 30, 2011. White Bean Escarole Soup. And again, another vegetable that us vegetarians over here don't particularly care for. Escarole. If you remember last year, we tried it and promptly decided to eat something else. But this one topped the cake. Side note: I am watching Top Chef Just Desserts right now and drooling, you may see something pumpkin and chocolate coming up soon. White Bean Escarole Soup. 1 T olive oil. If usi...

This blog exists to chronicle the life of Tim and Kat and baby Clymer! Thursday, September 11, 2008. Tim is excited, though a little sad to be leaving his software development field and his company. I am also sad to leave because I love my job and every day here is a great day typically. I know something great will be in store for me in Texas though. I already have leads on a few jobs and I haven't even started looking, which is nice. And when we leave, we'll be going on a road trip for a month!
The Clymer Homestead: I love Frasier
http://clymerhomestead.blogspot.com/2010/09/i-love-frasier.html
This blog exists to chronicle the life of Tim and Kat and baby Clymer! Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Since becoming a stay at home mom, I have a few guilty pleasures that I have succumbed to. One is the Sonic happy hour with my $0.92 large coke. The other is my current Netflix craving, Frasier. Tim and I are firm believers that life should not be wasted sitting in front of the TV, but we do appreciate a little mindless entertainment after a long day of yard/office/baby work. This blog exists to chronicle the life of Tim and Kat and baby Clymer! Friday, September 11, 2009. Baby Clymer: 32 Weeks Old. The end is near! It has been a fun time and mostly stress and pain free, so I feel blessed for that. Tim and I are taking a childbirth class on Saturday, so hopefully that will relieve a lot of fears too. I keep reminding myself that it will only be (hopefully) one painful day, and then it will be over, and we will have a baby! Surely it won't after kids :). Subscribe To Our Blog.

This blog exists to chronicle the life of Tim and Kat and baby Clymer! Friday, October 31, 2008. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Tim again. This morning we awoke in Myrtle Beach to a cool but otherwise beautiful morning. The view from our hotel was really nice (especially for the price! One Season At A Time
One Season At A Time. A beginner's approach to seasonal cooking. Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Easy Dessert: Pot de Creme. I have had the lovely ability the past few Saturday mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch and watch cooking shows. Pioneer Woman has a show on the Food Network now and I pretty much always want to make at least one recipe after watching. This last week I watched her chocolate episode and wanted to try two, one chocolate and one main dish soup. Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Omitted t...
