I spent 9 days in Split, a coastal town in Croatia. One Size Doesn't Fit. Just another WordPress.com site. Baby stepping back to health. Why One Size Doesn’t Fit? We’re all special snowflakes, some of us a little “extra” special at times. I reject that concept of a one size fits all approach for health and fitness. I am overwhelmingly happy to share that 15 our of the 21ish miles I walked this month were completely pain free! That sparkly fizzy stuff is no longer enjoyable and, honestly, doesn’t add anything to my health. I’m letting it go.

Just one of those days. Saturday, 22 August 2009. I think I need to work a bit less maybe and focus on what my life is really about. Art. Though some rearranging in this room so I could at least stick some stuff up and start pooling ideas, perhaps thats what might kick start me again? Maybe i've just ran out of steam now and possibly just don't care? I don't think so. Someone once asked me, "Why don't you do something a bit more useful with your life? I'm probably a bit too selfish for that.
