The Odds are Never in My Favor. My hilariously depressing journey with infertility. How it’s come to this (our story so far). October 14, 2014. We made it to 24 weeks! Obviously we don’t want these guys to show up anytime soon, but it’s nice to know they’d have a chance outside of me at this point. I also hit another major milestone of gaining 24 lbs by 24 weeks! With 2 lbs to spare🙂. And we are certainly in a good place financially and in our marriage to welcome these little guys with opened arms.

The Odds are Never in My Favor. My hilariously depressing journey with infertility. How it’s come to this (our story so far). I can finally feel. August 7, 2014. After what seemed like forever, I finally got the call from my MFM office. Our MaterniT21 test results came back, NEGATIVE – FOR EVERYTHING! A funny side note, I did give my husband a good scare when I called him sobbing after I received the call. Of course he assumed something was wrong, but I was just so happy! I should be better at waiting.

The Odds are Never in My Favor. My hilariously depressing journey with infertility. How it’s come to this (our story so far). Last day of provera! May 30, 2014. The last time I had to take meds to get AF to visit, I took aygestin. So of course I have a bunch of notes on how quickly she showed up after the last pill. However, I’ve never taken provera today so I’m not exactly sure what to expect. Is it unrealistic to hope it comes by Monday? I gotta get this pre-procedure month going before I go CRAZY!

When you grow up in the Dakota's, spend a lot of time on the farm in Minnesota, then decide its not cold enough there and go to college in Alaska, there are changes to get used to.
