Marginal Way Seattle. On Friday our team did a community service event at Marra Farms. It is a urban farms and we picked zucchini, squash and apples. All of the food goes to the food banks in Seattle. It was a nice couple of hours out of the office but it was a bit hot! Mid 80's which is hot, hot, hot for Seattle.

A really important reason for my participation in this race is to raise money for the Intensive Care Foundation for research into ARDS (Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome), a condition which I lost my Dad to in 2008.
