Monday, July 25, 2011. Family and Friends - Sarah and I are blessed! Our journey starts Tuesday! We are most grateful for our family and friends! We have certainly had enough "things" go wrong in the past two days to last the entire trip! However, with the Lord's help and love of family and friends we will make! We would like to thank Laura Leichtfuss, a very special of Sarah's, for her visit today, her support and words of encouragement! The Lord was looking out for Mia, my thirteen year old Doberman!

One Step Forward…. February 4, 2014. Wow, where did time go? I guess time pass really fast when you’re having fun (or really busy). On the very last day of January, I looked over the workout spreadsheet that I’ve been keeping. I’m happy to report that I’ve ran 15 out of the 31 days!
