A BIT ABOUT ME. Day two - brave or crazy? This morning I woke up with a feeling of excited renewal. I had grand plans of jumping out of bed and going for an two hour walk followed by a million zillion sit-ups, and perhaps doing the odd leg-lift. Then I thought. Who am I kidding? Honestly, I've done that before - get out of bed like a crazy person thinking that I'm going to change overnight, that somehow my fitness is going to go from zero to hero instantly. But you know what? What will people think?
