Walk 5 minutes to warm up, walk/run 1 mile for best time possible, walk/run remaining time, 5 minute cool down –. 8211; All-terrain walk (and sometimes jog) around my block or to Walgreen’s – Approx. 3 miles. Versa Training Class @ Metro –. 50-60 minute full body workout, strength and cardio in a fun class setting –. Mondays, Wednesdays at 6 pm. Spinning Class @ Metro –. 45 minute all-terrain virtual bike ride to music, in class; hardcore but fun and fulfilling –. Nice to Meet You.

A Journey to Thin-hood. Bad Weeks All Around. A friend posted the other day that she had a bad diet week. We all know they can happen from time to time and I’m no exception – except for me, it was also a bad exercise week. On Sunday, Feb. 13, I did a 5K around my neighborhood because it was so nice out. It felt good, but I must have aggravated an injury in my right leg/ankle/calf. It hurt all week! Usually I like a little good hurt, but this was a little much. Happy Valentine’s Day! Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Winter time is best spent. Speaking of movies, brandtley is enjoying 'Lilo and Stitch' in the van, keeping his Woody doll safely in his little clutches. :). Something else we do a lot in winter? Read these were last night's books. Buddy Boy playing with his favorite toy. It spits out balls from its trunk, he shoves them down the wrong way, but he loves it so it's all good. Signing off from our winter wonderland (nice way of saying its colder than heck and a sloppy mess out).

Sunday, December 15, 2013. Rainbow Snowflake is back again this year, watching the kids to make sure they are on their best behavior. When she arrived this year, she threw together a breakfast surprise with a few little gifts for the kids to kick off the season.
