http://www.psygenet.org/web/PsyGeNET/v01/about
1 Original data sources. PsyGeNET database integrates information on psychiatric disorders and their genes, offering exploratory tools for the analysis of gene-disease associations. This database is the result of the integration of curated information from (www.disgenet.org). And text-mined data from literature reviewed by experts in psychiatry. The integration is performed by means of gene and disease vocabulary mapping.More information on the methodology is provided below. 1 Original data sources. The C...

PsyGeNET (Psychiatric disorders Gene association NETwork) is a resource for the exploratory analysis of psychiatric diseases and their associated genes. In the first release of PsyGeNET, we focused on three psychiatric disorders: Major Depression, Cocaine Use Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder. PsyGeNET is composed of a database and a set of analysis tools, powered by Onexus (www.onexus.org). PsyGeNET database is the result of the integration of information from DisGeNET (http:/ www.disgenet.org).
