Montpellier 2007: January 2008. Sunday, January 27, 2008. Nachdem ich jetzt schon die letzten Stunden rumgammel anstatt zu lernen, kann ich ja auch Blog schreiben. Naja das war auch schon wieder meine spannende Woche! Da ich nächste Woche alle Klausuren hab, 6 Stück insgesamt, lern ich halt theoretisch die ganze Zeit. Montpellier 2007: October 2007. Sunday, October 28, 2007. Also, dann werd ich mal loslegen und beim gestrigen Rugbyspiel anfangen. Allerdings nicht durch den Haupteingang, sondern klamm heimlich durch einen Nebeneingang, weshalb wir auch überhaupt nicht auf Waffen und sonstiges kontrolliert wurden. naja Frankreich halt.das gäbs in Deutschland glaub ich nicht. Am Dienstag hat Noémie aus meiner Klasse einen Apéro veranstalten, sprich eine Party wo jeder was zu essen/trinken mitbringt und alle Erasmusler haben etwas Länderspezifisches mitgebracht. Heute Mittag war ich schwimmen, im Piscine Olympique, das ist so ein ganz neu hergerichtetes Schwimmbad im Stadtteil Antigone (wo sonst). Montpellier 2007: May 2008. Saturday, May 24, 2008. Gestern hatte ich meine Abschiedsparty! Die meisten Leute werde ich jetzt wohl tatsächlich nicht mehr sehen :-( Aber dafür war die Party super! Ich hab mitlerweile mal wieder neue Leute kennen gelernt und zwar die Gruppe der Deutschen und Kanadier, die erst dieses semester an die Sup de Co gekommen sind. Die Highlights im Oktober waren amerikanisches Halloween and natürlich das lang ersehnte Homecoming! Außerdem war ich in einem Haunted House, das war zwar gruselig aber hat mega Spaß gemacht! Das absolut Beste war natürlich Homecoming! Man konnte ein Foto machen und es wurde teilweise schnelle Musik und manchmal langsame Musik gespielt....

My one year experiment with eliminating red meat and poultry. Wednesday, January 5, 2011. And not a scrap of meat. I made it the entire year without consuming any meat. How do I feel? Pretty good. I set out to see if I had the discipline to do so, I think I nailed that. I also learned a lot about vegetarian cooking, discovered new foods and new ways to cook them.
