My wife and I were given a tour of the Atlantic Culinary on Friday by Chef Mike Ciufetti. He showed us all around the campus and introduced us to many of the staff. They have a terrific operation out there. Mike also treated us to a wonderful 8 course dinner that was one of the best I have ever eaten. Here's to making friends in the CEC network!
