Saturday, 3 January 2009. 拜读了2008年12月24日的东方日报-市议员年终表现终结报告不应公开事件，觉得民联议员，尤其是兼任市议员的垄尾州议员根本不了解党（民主行动党）的理念及槟州民联政府的施政原则-有能力，问责及透明（CAT）。这简直是有损党的形象，破坏州政府的名誉，让人误以为党与槟州政府与国阵政府讲一套做一套！ 党的竞选宣言很明显，就是要恢复地方议会选举。恢复地方议会，能让人民更容易参与自己社区的，特别是对自己社区的任何政策参与决策与监督！当人民可以竞选时 代表着人民可以随时用手中第三票炒掉不符人民要求的地方代议士，甚至可以参选，当选后又可以监督亲商州政府滥用土地，为盈利而牺牲人民百姓，类似PGCC及斜坡的计划都须经过人民这一关才能决定。 最后希望看到槟州政府恢复地方议会选举的时间表，让人民相信民主行动党有能力履行自己的大选承诺，也让人民看到民主行动党对国家民主化的改革的诚意。 盡管這報告將成為州政府委任下屆市議員的關鍵參考報告，然而公正黨與行動黨在該報告是否應該公開給大眾了解的問題上，卻毫無共識及默契。 盡管他多次強調報告內涉及許多黨內的東西，然而他沒有給...
