Though, I don't foresee myself playing club this year, I still would like to be in good Ultimate shape. This meal also has the advantage of providing me with A LOT of protein which helps since I usually eat lunch after I come back from the gym. Once a week I will treat myself and go out for lunch in order to get something tasty.
