Tuesday, 19 August 2014. Rosemary and Rock Salt Focaccia. My very favourite type of bread is flavoursome focaccia so I've decided to show you my yummy simple recipe. The waiting malarkey while it proves is what used to worry me about bread making but I can assure you it isn't that bad. I go out for a bit, keep myself occupied, come back and hey presto I've got a dough that's double the size and nearly ready for the oven! 1 Sachet - Active Dry Yeast. 1 3/4 Cups - Warm Water. 3 1/2 Cups - White Flour.
