You Only Get One. My life. One day at a time. Bear with me while I work out the kinks. Saturday, June 25, 2011. But they are a pain in the butt too. Good grief. I had to take a day off yesterday to do recuperate because I am such a marshmallow.or I should say, my boo-hiney is. So yesterday was my day off. Tonight was a workout day. I did 150 tonight. I'm going to go curl up in a ball now. Thursday, June 23, 2011. How silly of me. You only get one life. Why waste it sitting on a couch? Pain in the butt.

I've lost 6 pounds. I don't know about the inches though, because the weight loss was enough of a bonus for me. Now that I have a week under my belt, I will start running or walking every day. You Only Get One. My life. One day at a time. Bear with me while I work out the kinks. Thursday, June 23, 2011. How silly of me. To think that I could do any sort of workout in the Delta heat. Good grief. I got off work this afternoon (at Mississippi Grounds.you should go if you are ever in the Delta. It's awesome), at 6pm. After drinking only water all day to stay hydrated, knowing that I would bake in the sun if I didn't, I leave to bike. You only get one life. Why waste it sitting on a couch?
