How we do. what we do. Handmade Home: Dream Catchers. After a long day of sitting inside with a overworked air conditioning unit and streaming. Orange is the New Black,. I finished my dream catchers. I love the idea of dream catchers, that if you hang it above your bed it will catch the bad dreams and hold them in the net, and only the good dreams would filter through and slide down the feathers (in this case braids) and reach the sleeper. Book Report Inspiration: DIY Embroidered Notebook. Do you ever ju...

Three sisters. One little blog. Why, hello there. Welcome to On My Honor,. And heights. Also, there is always room in our wild hearts for the love of a good cat. We're so pleased to make your acquaintance. 8212;I’m more of a small-time adventurer, handmade dreamer, desirer of minor earthquakes, and harborer of a secret wish to escape from a car that’s plunged into an icy lake. Not so secret anymore. Love the ocean and find myself. Bringing home ripe oceanic treasures. My name is Catherine, and I work for...

http://onmyhonoriwilltry.blogspot.com/2011/07/i-spent-whole-weekend-making-scratching.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. I spent the whole weekend making a scratching post. This weekend I started a project that was a bit out of my real of expertise. I finished the project, and while I am extremely pleased with the results, I will never attempt something like this ever again. I give you the epic journey that was. THE CAT TOWER! I did some research and decided that this. 95 later.don't judge. Step 2: Drive back to Tacoma the next morning and spend a lot of time figure out how to begin. Eventually ...

Thursday, March 13, 2014. I've been spending quite a bit of time exploring my neighborhood and downtown Olympia lately. I have my set jogging route, and rarely do I venture from three(ish) tried and true paths. I like the friendly little mileposts that I've come to enjoy along they way. I tend to think of it as "nice graffiti.". I don't know who the artist is or even if it's the same person, but I do know that I kind of like the positive little messages this stranger has left for all of Olympia to see.

What we see is what we are. Hold still, this is life. With all this time to Look and to See. July 7, 2011. I like Whyte a lot because he makes me feel smart when I go to the park and understand why people choose to sit where they do. Although certain environmental factors determine why people choose to sit toward the boundary of a space rather than in the absolute middle, the more interesting idea is the social aspect of space that Whyte describes as triangulation. Invent My Universe: Found
http://inventmyuniverse.blogspot.com/2012/09/found.html
25 September, 2012. I found this lovely little girl in the thrift store today in a frame that I purchased. I wonder where she is now. This picture has notes on the back about what the colors should be. Could you imagine having to manually add colors to your photographs? I love it when I find items with notes on them, especially books with inscriptions. It makes me feel connected. Have a wonderful day, I hope it includes bubbles ❤. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Invent My Universe: December 2012
http://inventmyuniverse.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
09 December, 2012. Satin stripes. Lots of satin stitched stripes. Three months ago I started this project and after weeks of working on it (and not working on it) it's finally complete! I find myself both ecstatic and deflated. On one hand I see all the little imperfections and ill spent stitches but on the other it is so gratifying to see the completion of an idea and pattern. Cheers! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Pricing & Services. In Loops & Lace Blog. September 1, 2013. Epic Cake and Office Chairs. So much for staying caught up! Let’s just ignore the fact that I haven’t posted in months, shall we? Anyway, I wanted to post about my husband’s birthday earlier this year. There are two reasons why: 1) I made the most amazing, most epic, most legen-(wait-for-it)-dary birthday cake ever, and 2) I tried my hand at reupholstering a chair. But that’s not why you’re reading this, is it? The original cake recipe is NOT.

On My Honour
Wednesday, October 3, 2007. Society that does not value honour above all else is a society in decline. Did tool making separate us from the animals? Nyone can be honourable; a man, woman or child but to aid in the phrasing, I shall illustrate with a man. Very politician and leader, no matter who they are, would have us believe that they are never wrong and that their opponents are never right. Where is their credibility? I am an honourable person. For those concerned about the state of Guiding in Ontario. Communications from Provincial and/or National Councils. Quote of the Day. We 're still here and still fighting for our camps. We 're not going away any time soon! On the eve of our 100th Anniversary of Guiding in Ontario half of the Girl Guide Camps in Ontario have closed effective November, 2009. Why has communication been cut off with both camps and units? Why can’t the Camp Committees see the consultant’s report? Where is our leadership?
