At our library and the fun has begun! 1 c unbleached flour. 1 c 2 Tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour. 3/4 c cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 1/4 c. (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature. 1 1/2 c. sucanat. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract. Turbinado sugar, for rolling.
