On Sunday I went ahead of the guys with the car to let them know about all the detours and road work. I got home about and hour and a half ahead of them, it worked well - I had time to figure up the guys' checks then. Everyone pulled into the Melchert farm around 3:30 that afternoon. It felt so good to get home. Lookin good in our nice shirts!

A richer connection with another person means a richer connection to ourselves. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 2 tbs coconut milk. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 2 vanilla bean seeds. 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup coconut oil ( solid).
