Bright Lights, Big City: October 2011
http://colynbsf.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Bright Lights, Big City. Thursday, October 20, 2011. I was flipping through the news paper this morning before leaving for work and an article in the Dining section caught my eye. The article’s headline was Yelp’s power grates on wary restaurants. By the way, I understand the irony of commenting on the website that allows people to comment, without restriction, on pretty much whatever they want. I hope I have been fair and just here and if not, please let me know. Wednesday, October 5, 2011.

Bright Lights, Big City: May 2011
http://colynbsf.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Bright Lights, Big City. Saturday, May 21, 2011. Not really. I don't think I'm quite able to grow enough food to call myself a "farmer." But let's just say I would like to add it to the things I'd like to know how to do, you know, in case of a zombie apocalypse. Wait, is rapture today? Why did I even bother planting? Anyway, I have adopted a similar attitude toward the stuff that grows in the yard to that of my choice in clothing - I don't care so much how it looks, what does it DO? Blogger: Login to read.

Bright Lights, Big City: Why, again, does the rest of the world consider Americans excessive?
http://colynbsf.blogspot.com/2012/02/why-again-does-rest-of-world-consider.html
Bright Lights, Big City. Sunday, February 12, 2012. Why, again, does the rest of the world consider Americans excessive? Oh, that's why. I was rooting for the car that hit the jumps most recklessly! Then, thinking that we couldn't get any more confused about what was happening, there was a 12 minute (at least) dub step laser light show. Still not sure why. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Bright Lights, Big City: March 2011
http://colynbsf.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Bright Lights, Big City. Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Just Like the Good Old Days? After the flashbacks of the scene in Hook where the lost boys feast on nothing subside, I think that maybe there’s something to this. In this case, is how well they are perceiving it. How much do I know about this beer? Where did it come from? What was it made with? Why was it made to taste/look/feel this way? The Truth About Farmer John. Has to work for it. Another idea that I have been exposed to recently through my friend...

Bright Lights, Big City: December 2011

Bright Lights, Big City. Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Checking Off the Bucket List. Just a small accomplishment, but I'm hoping to solicit the help of anyone who might read this in order to more thoroughly achieve my goal. My first attempt was yesterday. I used some Target gift cards I received from families of kids I teach (thank you! Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Fruits of Our Labor. I forgot about the lettuce, we grew ourselves some real nice heads of lettuce that gave us thick leaves with purple edg...

The Metaverse: Whatever happened to Colorado?
http://themorleyconstant.blogspot.com/2010/06/whatever-happened-to-colorado.html
Your Express Port to the Street. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Whatever happened to Colorado? So you may have noticed that the Colorado trip summary never did quite end. We ended up spending a few days in Aspen, hitting the slopes and having them hit us, before heading home. All in all a good time. I just got back from a few weeks in Australia and will not attempt a day by day posting, but will put together a few posts summarizing the experience. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Metaverse: Day 2: Onward to the Breck
http://themorleyconstant.blogspot.com/2010/04/day-2-onward-to-breck.html
Your Express Port to the Street. Sunday, April 4, 2010. Day 2: Onward to the Breck. The mountain had gotten half a foot a few days earlier in the week, so the snow was good, but well run by the time we arrived. It was exciting to be on a mountain again, but overall found Breckenridge to be a fun, but not terribly challenging mountain. We headed to Breckenridge Brewery for apres ski beer and nachos, before heading to Frisco to crash thanks once again to the generosity of Ben and Joel. Thanks to the giving.
