American Academy Of Pediatrics Lifts 'No Screens Under 2' Rule. This morning on NPR's Morning Edition I was startled to hear that the American Academy of Pediatrics had new thoughts about their "No Screens Under Age 2" rule. The advisory came out in 1999 and applied to television. With the advent of all the technology used these days there is more to consider.
