Bookshop Review: Minotaur | Open Book

On June 2, 2010 · 5 Comments. Minotaur is an underground heaven for sci-fi lovers, comic and anime fans and gamers. It has an impressively huge collection of everything pop-culture, including sci-fi books, fantasy books, comic books (both Japanese and American), animation, TV dramas, music, games, wresting videos, digital art books, and any sort of merchandise you can think of (from key chain to cloth). When we think about Melbourne...: May 2010
http://thinkingaboutmelbourne.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
When we think about Melbourne. View my complete profile. Monday, May 31, 2010. As I said in response to a "what's next" question Angela put to all the panellists on Sunday: That's what the Internet is for. In my case, it's for not only bits that didn't make the book for reasons of space rather than quality (pending: some stuff about weather and extra references), but also for the endless stream of space-and-place-and-map/representation material about Melbourne. Eg: App My State. Sunday, May 30, 2010.

Tuesday, 27 April 2010. This week, we have already decided the name of our website will be “Open Book”. Briony managed to come up with a prototype of our website. I think I really like the colour and the overall style—clean and serious. The next thing we need to work on urgently is creating a tag-line and a window title. We will have a discussion about these next Tuesday. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Facebook and twitter blocked. Media as destructive force. Rely on news media.

Happy New Year! | Matthew Farmer
https://mattfarmer.wordpress.com/2014/01/18/happy-new-year
My journey as a writer. January 18, 2014. Posted by mattfarmer in Uncategorized. And I do hope it is a very happy and successful one for you all. I have been a little bit lapse in this blog. And by lapse, I mean that apparently my last post was June, even though a birthday post was written, but seemed to not have been published. So, 6 months have passed by without an update here. How is this possible? And so, the priority for this blog slid to the bottom of the pile. Which was more important to me? Let m...

My journey as a writer. Busy is as Busy does. March 27, 2013. Posted by mattfarmer in writing. Today has been a very busy day for me. Good busy, very good busy, but darn it to gosh! A client meeting in the morning, discussing a social media content package, plus and information pack of what I do so they can on-sell it to their clients who would also like social media. Then a meeting with my business coach,. I am looking forward to writing for these people. Can’t you write that on a regular basis? Well, y...

My journey as a writer. I am extremely energy efficient. I just need the energy first. May 14, 2013. Posted by mattfarmer in writing. I may have alluded on here before that I get very excited about people who want to work with me, who want to hire me as a writer. However, it seems those who would like to, seem to peter out, and not actually want to. Money pressure, not being ready, wanting to do it themselves. Despite a history of this happening, I still get excited. I GOT A CLIENT! I’m not a physi...
