Journey to the Center of My Life. Friday, September 25, 2009. 1/2 cup olive oil. 10ish cups freshly milled whole wheat flour. 1 cup brown sugar (or honey). 2 tbs 1 tsp yeast. A few cups more flour to add while kneading. Grease a bowl with cooking spray. Turn the kneaded dough into the bowl and let rise until doubled, about 2 hours. Cover and let rise for 20-30 minutes.
