The Gad(d)about: April 2006
http://gaddabout.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
A gadabout blog for a gadabout generation. Sunday, April 02, 2006. Good night and God bless. I purposely waited until this morning, April 2, so people would know this is not a joke. For all intents and purposes, this will be my final post at the The Gad(d)about. As much as I have enjoyed blogging, it has become far too much of a distraction from my professional life that I must now unplug before it proves costly. This past week I was responsible for costing my small company no small amount of money and h...

The Gad(d)about: September 2005
http://gaddabout.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
A gadabout blog for a gadabout generation. Friday, September 30, 2005. This blog will be going down for a week to 10 days starting today. I'm still trying to figure out how to maneuver through deadlines at my new job and just learned I need a new pram battery for my laptop. I also have to resolve a web space issue. It's too complicated to solve all of this and write original material. I'll still be posting over at my college football blog. Since it's a reproduction of "work" I'm already doing elsewhere.

Under bridges, With hands raised,. From the ghettos they praise his name. Broke and crippled in the dark of night,. Influenza and pneumonia,. Persona...

Tuesday, March 24, 2009. A Section taken from "The Imitation of Christ" by Thomas Kempas sent to me by a friend. Solid. Many people try to escape temptations, only to fall more deeply. We cannot conquer simply by fleeing, but by patience and true humility we become stronger than our enemies. The man who only shuns temptations outwardly and does not uproot them will make little progress; indeed they will quickly return, more violent than before. Some suffer great temptations in the beginning of their conv...

The Gad(d)about: November 2005
http://gaddabout.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
A gadabout blog for a gadabout generation. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. I received an e-mail from a woman who felt my satirical Santa = Satan. Letter was in bad taste. This, of course, inspired me to attempt more of the same. Not having a lot of time, I've decided to dig something out of my wayback archives . wayback meaning stuff I wrote when nobody read my blog. This one's from April. I offer this up (again) without shame:. Irony 'wasted' on ill-informed. Maybe they should turn off the Fox News channe...

I’ll tailor his illustration to a true story for in life. This is discipleship. This is community. Posted by VipR @ 8:50 AM. Mix Master Mighty Mark. A Section taken from The Imitation of Christ by .
