Tuesday, November 17, 2009. This is one of my new acrylic paintings from 2009. I am very proud of it. It is actually a collage, difficult to see from the photo. When creating the painting I first layer tissue paper onto the canvas with gel medium to suggest texture. Once satisfied with the layout, I paint the image over the top of the paper collage. Fun!
