ISO requirements and general certification practices do not allow OPMA to "educate" its membership or prospective members on how to achieve its standards. However, annually OPMA may conduct "training" on its certification programs. These periods will be announced in advance however they are normally conducted during the annual OPGMA Congress. Ohio Department of Agriculture Approves the Marketing Agreement. 15 May 2014 11:31 AM. ODA Director David Daniels signed the order to formally approve the Ohio Produce Marketing Agreement. Whereas a sufficient number of producers have signed the Agreement and finding the Agreement complies Chapter 924 of the Ohio Revised Code and all other applicable state and federal laws, the voluntary Agreement became effective on May 15, 2014.
