The SQL Server utilization started to spike and was sitting between 70 to 80 %. The follwoing events were also being logged on the RMS. Event Source: Health Service Modules. Event Category: Data Warehouse. Failed to store data in the Data Warehouse. The operation will be retried. One or more workflows were affected by this. Instance name: RMS Server.

Some agents in my environment were showing that they were in Maintenance mode when i ran availability reports. I know what caused this when i check the mainteannce mode start date. Set EndDateTime = getutcdate(). Where StartDateTime is between '2011-01-23 00:00:00.000' and '2011-01-25 00:00:00.000' and EndDateTime is NULL.
