Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Last day of Week 3. I'm just home from my end of week 3 weigh in and this week I'm down another 2.5 pounds, making my total weight loss approximately 11 pounds. Although I'm not losing as fast as I (or Dr. S) would like, at least I'm losing. Today we are cutting back the number of servings I have per day from 7 to 6. This is good news too!
