Thursday, June 19, 2008. Oh my goodness I thought I was going to die yesterday, and no I am not being overly melodramatic! I read around about Optifast. Before I started. I read that day 3 would be horrible. But I thought because I got through the first few days so well, I would be fine. Ahhh. After a good nights sleep, yesterday feels like a distant memory. Tuesday, June 17, 2008. The bunnies and flowers are still following me around. I knew today would be a bit of a test for me. It was my turn to cook dinner. Recently I stopped eating meat, so my logic was if I just cooked something with meat in it then I wouldn't want to eat it. A foolproof plan if I ever heard one. :o). I was thinking of cooking a nice lasagne for dinner, but when I was browsing the supermarket aisles I found something even better, sausages! 2 days down, 82 days to go.

Friday, June 20, 2008. Day five and I am still going strong. No hunger at all. Three Optifast. Shakes today and lots of water. For all my old school friends to see. I do remove the tags from the most offensive ones! And yes I do realise that I probably sound like I'm whinging and there are people with worse problems in the world and blah blah blah. But this is my blog and I'll whinge if I want to! I was really worried I would get them and then find out I actually weighed 5kg more than I first thought!
