Max Credit = 1.00. Trading days left= 190. Max Loss = 5- 1.00 = 4.00. Total potential profit = (1.00/4.00) = 25%.

Out of fear and the statement "preserve capital" this morning I closed the JAN08 AAPL 175 Put this morning for 5.95 This makes the entire roll out for the trade -.64. A little patients would have given me the profit I was looking for. Break down for the Trade. 175 P BTO 2.12. 175 P STC 5.95. 180 P STO 2.98. 180 P BTC 7.45. 447 - 3.83 = -.64. Think Or Swim Brokerage.

I bought back the AAPL short position (180 Puts) today for 7.45. This gives me a -4.47 However I continued to hold the long position (175 Puts) which closed at 6.90 giving me a 225% gain.
