Effective June 23, 2015, the Pacific County Department of Community Development has issued a ban on all outdoor burning throughout Pacific County. Recreational cooking fires are exempt from the ban at this time. These fires must be made of seasoned firewood, and must be no larger than 3 feet in diameter and 2 feet high.
