March 23, 2015. インコも、夜は鳥かごを布で覆って暗くしたほうがよく眠れるそうです。今まではバスタオルを巻いてピンで留めていたけど、鳥かごを全部覆いきれないし、何だか間に合わせな感じでした。 薄手のコットンを1.5ヤード買ってきて、周りを三つ折りして縫い、上にはひもを通しました。前を少し重ねて、被せやすく中を見やすいように工夫し、色もあまり暗すぎずでも落ち着ける色をと思い、ベージュを選びました。 夜しか使わないので、このままでも別に機能的には十分ですが、麻の布にインコたちの刺繍をして、アップリケしました。 インコというよりは、ちょっと細身の鳩サブレ、という雰囲気ですね。 すっかりインコのいる生活に馴染み、きれいな鳴き声とか二羽が並んで座っている姿を見て、家族みんなが和んでいます。うちに来てくれてよかった！ March 20, 2015. このスプライト入りパウンドケーキも、意外さはそれほどでもないにしろ、日本人的発想からは離れているレシピだと思います。何しろ、ケーキの名前が Perfect Pound Cake. Thursday, February 27, 2014. I want to propose something, I think all women in pms shouldn't be driving. It's just common sense. Period. We all should be sent to an island with different kind of weapons, but not guns. Because that would be too easy. So it's like hunger games, but only for pms women. And the survival kit bag would be including: salty chips, tampons, panties, aleve and tissue paper for unpredictable crying regime. I think I could even kill a horse. Felt like it.
