Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Whew I am pooped! Sunday: I ran for 1 hour. The machine said that I burned 800 calories, I really hope it is right. Tuesday: I was up at 5 am for a run. I made it for 50 minutes. I don't run as fast or as long in the morning compared to my afternoon runs. But, it's still worth it because getting my workout over with in the morning feels great. Saturday, January 3, 2009. Nouvelle Vie, Nouvelle Heure! I love the New Year. Don't get me wrong, some days I wish I were still studying Art Nouveau, reading Architectural history books, and spending my grocery money on exacto blades or foam-core boards. Then I think, not really. What I really miss, most of all. Was all the "homework wine" I consumed using the said purchased "blades" and preparing the "boards.". It just hasn't tasted the same since! Here's a toast to being a bit crazy in 2009!

In attempting to cut back and save money in the budget we've found a new cut-back that will probably be good for the soul too. Canceling cable will save us $120/month and force us to spend our time doing other things that we don't seem to have any time to do. That means friends and family- be prepared for inviting us over for football games, KU. 3 We're getting healthy.
