Sunday, December 26, 2010. I am a college graduate. Last week I successfully completed my very last final of the very last class (philosophy, bleargh) of my ENTIRE undergraduate experience. I will shortly be the proud recipient of a BS degree. ;) After marching triumphantly around my house singing "congratulations professor higgins" at the top of my lungs, I sat down to figure out what I'm supposed to do with my life now. Clearly, the job search so far has been unsuccessful. But, I refuse to give up!

Thursday, May 5, 2011. Lots of people (at least where I'm from) have one of these displayed in their home:. Now I have absolutely no problem with this sentiment. I whole-heartedly endorse living, laughing, and loving. Them there are good words to live by. ;) But in our dream house (which Manly and I plan for regularly - don't worry there are cows, a fully functioning furnace, and a swimming pool) I would much rather display a wood plaque with one of the following inspiring sayings. Livin' on a prayer".
